•No smoking or vaping inside the condo or anywhere on HOA property
•Designated smoking area available
•$300 fee for smoke remediation
•No underage drinking or illegal drugs
•Prohibited vehicles: Motorcycles, trailers, boats, golf carts, RVs
•Local residents (within 90 miles) subject to additional booking review
