About this property

Prince Resort - 3 Bedroom Condo with Great Ocean Views.

  • Great ocean views from the 11th floor. This three bedroom, three bath ocean view luxury rental is located in a high rise that is great for kids. Featuring outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and a lazy river conveniently located on the 9th floor. The 9th floor also has a large fitness center. You can also enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant across the street in Tower 1. The Prince Resort is conveniently located next to the Cherry Grove fishing pier.

    The condo is located in Tower 2 above the parking garage so no need to haul your luggage across the street. Two parking spaces are provided. The garage has a height limit of 7'0" and motorcycles are welcome. A large balcony offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Cherry Grove pier. The condo features two large ocean view master suites with King beds and private bathrooms with large soaking tubs. The third bedroom is great for kids with one full size bed and a full size over full size bunk bed. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room with upgraded memory foam mattress.

    Renovations were recently completed with new furniture, appliances and ceiling fans in every room. Flat screen TVs are located in every bedroom and the living room has a Roku smart TV . Wireless internet is provided and coverage is excellent.

    The condo has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and also has the convenience of a washer and dryer.

    Great location near all the attractions of Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing but far enough away from all the large crowds.

The condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked we actually didn't need to bring anything. The bedrooms were big, clean and had very nice sheets on the beds. Donny was an excellent host.

First 'all' family vacation

We've come to this area for family vacations for over a decade now and this was the first one with our son in law and first grandchild . We had plenty of room for all, the beds were comfortable and view was perfect. Would come back again.

Spring break getaway

Enjoyed the condo. Really liked the quiet of the Cherry Grove area. Lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. Not too far from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Myrtle Beach. Definitely would book again.

Beautiful and relaxing

So close to ocean, no problems with parking, condo was welcoming, clean, and everything we expected it to be. Far away from busy strip but yet close to everything. quiet, and great, clean beach location for families. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay and Donny was a gracious host keeping all lines of communication open. Would definitely love to stay here again!!!

Wonderful condo with an excellent host.

The condo is beautiful in every way with a great ocean view, three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Donny was incredibly nice to deal with and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back again!

Spacious and close to the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to a few restaurants and shops. The pier was nice nearby. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of amenities. We did have some issues that had to be addressed and the communication was a little slower than we're used to but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo!

The condo has beautiful views of the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. We were able to see dolphins and watch surfers from the condo. The kitchen was completely furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Property!

Very spacious beautifully decorated condo!! Loved the Mermaid room! Loved we were in tower 2 with the parking deck! We had a wonderful family vacation! Highly recommend and will stay again:) Only had one question and the owner responded immediately. Cherry Grove is close enough to Myrtle Beach but away from the hustle and bustle. This Condo has some SPECTACULAR views!! Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I had no complaints of the stay except the weather! Storm Debby had to make a visit! We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Family Vacation

We were real happy with the Condo! It was perfect for all members of our family. My Daughter, her husband, two adult Grandchildren, and myself and my husband. We all had our own room with our own bathrooms! I loved the view from the balcony, overlooking the ocean. Great place to stay. I would recommend it to everyone. The place was neat and clean. The owner, Donny was always there to answer any questions.

First Family Beach Vacation

We arrived on Saturday and immediately loved the location of the condo and the size for our big family. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner but Donald was very responsive and made sure that we were comfortable until the needed part arrived- it was a holiday weekend so the tech had to wait until business hours to order. The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enough seating for our family to enjoy our meals. We would only suggest that the owner put an area rug under the coffee table because it slides easily. I would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation!

Family Vacation 2023

Condo was ready and easily accessible. Plenty of room for the 7 family members we had. View of the ocean is unobstructed and very nice. Pier was closed for repair, but the restaurant was open and a great feature to have so close. Walk to the beach was simple. When parking please hold the key card at the Bottom of the key card reader and not on it. I’ve worked in many federal buildings with key readers and never had one read from underneath the sensor itself. Trust me. I assisted four more patrons who had the same issue during the week. The sensor could be better marked and I brought that up to the front desk. I realize that is not handled by the Owner. When contacted, Donald the owner was quick to reply and took care of the issue immediately. All in all this was a great condo for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Thanks Donald!
