    This student and pet friendly property located on Ocean Blvd in Cherry Grove sleeps is perfect for large groups. This spacious house sleeps 22 people and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This house features a large swimming pool which is open 24/7. The beach is right across the street for easy beach access. There is also a grocery store, restaurants, and nightlife only 3 blocks from the property, all within walking distance. Free parking on the property. Pets are allowed but there is a pet fee.



    The Space:

    This property is equipped with 2 kitchens with all the cook/eat ware you will need. It has a laundry room, Wi-Fi, free parking, and a swimming pool. There are Smart TVs in every room which will allow guests to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Spectrum and many more!



    Bedding Layout: 1 king bed, 11 full sized beds



    Pets are allowed, but we require a pet fee.

The owner was very gracious to allow us to check in early with my family traveling from different places. Property was located across from the beach which was great. Great for large groups.
