We really enjoyed our trip to North Myrtle Beach. Location of property is excellent. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing and ocean front accomodations. This is a great choice for families of all ages and the beach at Windy Hill is the best in the area.

Our stay was amazing. It definitely felt like I was home at this location. The property was well equipped with all the essentials needed to make your stay worthwhile. The view of the ocean was obscured and I wished I had booked a higher floor. However, the condo was beautiful.

Dealing with Randy and Debbie’ at happy crab vacations is always a pleasure. They were always patient in dealing with any question we may have had.. Payment can be made in a variety of forms which makes it easy for anyone. When we arrived the condo was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. we truly enjoyed our time there at the beach and would recommend Happy Crab vacations to anyone travelling to South Carolina.

Waterpointe 1 is in a great location (minutes by car to shops and restaurants) and is steps from the beach. There are also 2 great pools to enjoy! It is also very clean and well-maintained. The condo unit is very clean and has all that you need. The ocean view is somewhat obstructed by the indoor pool structure, however, and the master bath does not have a true "shower"....just a large tub with a handheld shower head. The third bedroom(twin beds) is also very small. Overall, a great condo with a super location. Would definitely stay at Waterpointe 1 again

Randy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. No complaints - just FYI, the third “bedroom” consists of 2 twin beds with a small nightstand in between. No dresser, closet, mirror or even a place to put suitcase. Not advisable for 3 adults to stay.

The location is perfect. The property itself is in excellent condition. I think it is perfect for a family with younger children because the room with twin beds is really small. Also airconditioner cannot go below 69, so that room gets really stuffy. That said I think people who manage the property are going out of their way to make the experience positive. There were a lot of small really nice touches to make us feel welcome. We thank you very much. So I would absolutely recommend this property!

Our stay at waterpointe 1 was stress free and made to order for getting away from the cold and snow we were experiencing before we left. Randy was very easy to deal with and very patient when answering the many questions we had before beginning our journey. When we got to the condo it was very well stocked and clean. We didn’t experience any problems except for the battery was going dead on the lock but before we could even ask, a maintenance person came and replaced the battery. Our overall experience was awesome and we would recommend Happy Crab vacations to anyone. They are extremely easy to deal with and are quick to answer any questions you may have.

Overall a very good place to stay. Small things you will want to take notice of. It’s on the 2nd floor which is the first with rooms and the balcony is directly over the main entrance in from the Beach and Pool. This causes some noise but not terrible. Also the view is kind of bad if that’s important to you since the indoor pool extends out from your balcony about 3 feet up so half of the balcony’s view is the back of a wall. Only other thing worth mentioning is the clean up process requests that all dishes be put away before you leave which feels odd usually only asked to put everything in the dishwasher and run it so having to put everything away ment we had to plan our exit around that a little bit. All in all not really a big deal but thought it might help.

We had a senior moment and arrived two days earlier. Happy Crab Vacation Managers rescued us by wing a condo we could rent for two nights. this condo was clean, comfortable and had a king size bed. We are so grateful to the Southern hospitality shown to us here at Waterpointe 1.

This was our second time staying at this location. We were on the second floor this year and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pools. Check in was easy and the unit was very clean! The weather was beautiful. Loved all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Would definitely stay again!

For our family's first visit to Myrtle Beach I'm convinced we chose the perfect location. Arriving and entry could not have been any easier with the information that was provided to us from the property management. The property was kept very clean and comfortable the entire week we stayed. Being right on a beautiful beach and having and indoor and outdoor pools I'm sure that task is not easy! The close proximity to excellent shopping and restaurants... we barely used our car rental. When we did use the car, day or night, parking was secure and close which isn't always the case near beachfront property. Thanks Waterpointe 1 for providing us an amazing home away from home so we could enjoy Myrtle Beach stress free!

A weeklong visit to Myrtle Beach was perfect thanks to the hospitality, the accommodations, and the communications for our stay at Waterpointe 1. Randy and Debbie at Happy Crab did a wonderful job of delivering on their promises, and the product. We enjoyed all the facility, the beach, and the area had to offer, while visiting our son for his month long baseball season. Ample parking, fine residents, clean facility, very accommodating hosts, made for a nice get away! Thank you!!

Randy & Debbie were great hosts! Pictures were accurate and condo was very clean and well kept. Location was perfect! Check in and check out was effortless. Communication response time was very fast and timely! I would stay there again and recommend to others!
