It's a rental condo in the River Crossing portion of Barefoot Resorts. Overall it's solid for the price. Good location close to Barefoot Landing and North Myrtle beaches. Generally clean but the property manager could do a more thorough job. Beds are quite firm and the sleeper sofa is on its last legs.

Great place to stay!!

Enjoyed staying at the property so much, we wanted to stay an extra day or two. Loved the area which was close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be going back.

This condo was in an ideal location for our families reception.It's also close to the beach, shops and I enjoy the quite residential area. Nice pool, although to cold for the time of year we were there, to get in. I really loved that the condo was on a corner end unit with a view of the golf course. It was private, comfortable and clean..
