Included with your stay: Bath towels and linens, starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. (Beach towels and beach gear is not included).

Please note Bikini Bottom is one set of stairs up and Bikini Top is two sets of stairs up.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS-Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire stay. Only registered/approved guests are allowed to stay and/or visit the residence-including the pool area. We do not allow for other visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from hosts.
NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR NEAR ENTRANCES/DECK DOORS: Please refrain from smoking/vaping in or around the house. Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal.
There is a camera on the front door of the house that covers the entrance and driveway and one on the rear porch that covers pool and pool area. Both may be recording or saving still images. Tampering with either is prohibited.
There is an old camera on the exterior front left of the house and back right that were from the previous owners and they are no longer in service.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if any dogs enter the pool.
It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in this tropical climate. While we take preventative measures to keep critters/bugs out with pest control, there is a possibility where they can enter through an opening. Please keep doors closed to help keep insects out.
Please note that your stay can be during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. While we always hope for perfect weather, storms can occasionally disrupt travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather events. Refunds will ONLY be given for nights that fall under a mandatory evacuation order.
Charcoal grills are available in the front of the house as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for providing their own materials and cleaning the grills. Pool cleanings are done once a week in the off season and twice during the season. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool in between cleanings. If they would like to request an additional clean it will be at the guest's cost.
Guests may encounter members of our staff on the property during their stay including property maintenance members, cleaners, landscapers and pool cleaners.
With this listing we allow up to four dogs. Pet fee applies dependent on number of dogs.
You may see landscapers, pool cleaners or maintenance team members onsite during your stay. The ice makers are inoperable and is not listed as an amenity.
The pool is cleaned once a week during the off season and twice a week during Peak season. Guests are responsible for skimming the pool daily if debris is in the pool. Guests might see on site landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team. Guests are responsible for the supplies and cleaning of the outdoor grills.
House Rules and our Short Term Rental Agreement will be given to review before booking as guest agrees to the terms at booking. Guests agree to terms upon booking.
