Cozy Modern Golf Retreat at the Beach

  • A newly remodeled fully furnished 3 bed 2 bath townhome with modern elegance and a coastal charm. Located in the highly sought after Fairway Oaks Community within The Surf Golf & Beach Club. The home features a beautiful fireplace, lots of natural light and everything you need for a fun packed vacation in sunny North Myrtle Beach.
    The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a full bathroom that may be accessed from the kitchen as well making it ideal for those who wish the be on the main floor. Upstairs features 2 large bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with 2 queens and a large full bathroom.
    My favorite place is the patio, just off the kitchen which has a great outdoor private dining and grilling area complete with updated table and chairs with your own Weber grill.
    This private oasis for entertaining boasts views of the golf course.
    Upon your arrival, the home is stocked with all essentials, beds are made with fresh crisp linens and both beach towels and bath towels are available for our guests. Worry about nothing in this coastal beach charmer!
