"The pool was very clean! The animals were well behaved and always on a leash. The orange screen check-in process was smooth with a real person. My room smelled like cleaning chemicals and I enjoyed it! easy walk to McDonald’s, mom and Pop Café, and a popular Spanish grocery store."

"Staff was nice - when you could find one! Evidently, this property is very short staffed. The room was comfortable temperature for the most part. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk at check in. It was approximately 8:30 and there was a sign on the counter that said, "Thanks for your patience, we will be with you soon". Finally, the only person working that night appeared. It was a Friday night!! There was absolutely NO service for the rooms. In order to get clean towels, we had to bring our dirty towels downstairs and exchange them for clean ones. There were signs up telling guests where to take their garbage after emptying it! Very strange. I get that it is also an "extended stay" hotel, but it is also a hotel. We stayed three nights. Our office chair was broken in our room. We requested that it be fixed or replaced. No extra chairs were available. We were told they were all like that. On Saturday night, two staff members worked very hard to find one that wasn't broken, they succeeded! We were grateful. They told us they were there two hours beyond the end of their shift. The hotel was full, and they didn't feel comfortable leaving. The last time we stayed here, it was very nice, and amenities were very acceptable. This time? Nope."

"They cancelled our prepaid reservation and never contacted us. Imagine arriving in a new city for a wedding with nowhere to stay. This upended our plans as we had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute. Bye bye savings."

"This is my second time staying here in 6 months. The previous room was clean, mattress was comfy and good enough to stay here again. This time the bed had a big sag on the only air of the mattress you could get to since it was in the corner of the room. The floor had not been swept and the small table in the room had residue that appeared to be from food containers and there were small crumbs. Enough residue that when I went to write on a paper, you could feel stuff under it. It was after 1:00 am, so I didn’t call the desk. I did tell them about the poor cleaning of the room upon checkout. It’s Motel 6, you can’t expect too much but last time was great. Not sure if we will stay there again."

"My room was absolutely dirty hairs all over the shower in the room. There was also food on the floor in the room all along the edges of the room. I have stated this hotel numerous times and it has always been excellent until this time. The evening staff was very apologetic about it and offered to move me but at that point I could not physically move my stuff to do it. The morning staff I let them know about how much more dirty it was when I actually saw it during the daylight hours and that staff member was not concerned at all very dismissive of the issue."
