"This was an emergency stay after a flight had been canceled. Staff was very helpful, extremely pleasant. Rooms were way nicer than I expected given the price point and location. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel at a good price, close to EWR."

"As always l, staying at this Howard Johnson was fantastic! Easy check in. Great staff! I guess my only thing with staying here was that I had an awesome room two weekends ago and I really would like to try and get the same room again. It was great! The bathroom was spacious! I am not a big fan of bathtub at a hotel, very slippery. If there is a way to reserve a particular room, that would be great to know. Other than that, the stay was great! "

"I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff at the reception were extremely kind and welcoming, which made a real difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is served in a different building about a 3-minute walk away, but it wasn’t a big issue. What I really appreciated was the free transportation to and from the airport, running every hour — that made things so much easier during my stay. I would definitely stay here again."
