"The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜"

"It’s a great hotel and I stay here multiple times for New York. The breakfast is great and has a giant seating area. The parking area is huge and the lobby is clean and well kept up. They have a complementary tea/coffee station at all times which is great! The only thing I dislike is pool closing early. "
