It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall. Rooms are well-furnished and appointed. The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return!

I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
