Host is absolutely amazing to deal with! Cottage is exactly what is listed. The only thing I would note, the water is not really ideal for swimming. Floating yes. A ton of trees/logs in the water throughout the hole bay area. Almost dangerous to walk in the water. Also, will sink 2 feet into the muck. That being said, the water toys were fun to use, and sitting on the dock and in the screened in porch was very relaxing!
