We found this rental to be everything that was advertised and more. The home is a stand alone property and so you are not next to other residents. This home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all of the comforts one could possibly need for a stay. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the living room worked very well. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not use. Julie made sure that we were able to access the home with no problems and was in close contact should we have any problems. For those persons coming to Babcock Ranch to view housing, etc., this home is only about 7 miles away and is in a very quiet, pretty country setting. Outdoor patio furniture with a BBQ grill is right outside on the back deck and overlooks a beautiful yard and trees. I don’t want to say that it was a bad stay because it was not, however, we were told on Friday when we arrived that there was a hot water heater issue but there would be hot water and just to not run 2 things at the same time. We weren’t at the house for long each day, we had 2 busy days, so we didn’t even attempt to use hot water until the day of check out when we were showering prior to check out. When we went to shower, there was absolutely no hot water, not even a glimpse of warmth, so we ended up having to take cold showers. I’m sure it could’ve/would’ve been fixed had we tried to use it sooner, but I also feel like it should’ve been tried and made sure it was working before our arrival. There was also no toilet paper when we arrived so we arrived and had to go get toilet paper, definitely not convenient. Again, it probably could’ve been taken care of had I spoken up, but it’s just the thought of making sure everything was stocked and working before we arrived.
