Only bad experience, maid service removed my two unopened green and sweet tea drinks that I was saving for my second of three nights. Recommend giving the staff a roster of new customers vs departing guesting so they do not take this mistake with other new guests. When it rains, a huge and deep puddle is unable to drain on left side of hotel. If you love Waffle House, the hotel has one within walking distance of the front door. An added bonus. In addition, there are several restaurants, BJs, and other entertainment venues near by especially if you have a car. "
