"My mom died so I booked the room for my Dad. A week before arrival his dad died so we called the desk and they said manager Carol will cancel since your within cancellation period and I just needed to call hotels.com. When they called she denied approval and refused to cancel or call me back after calling multiple times until Friday at 4pm before arrival. One time a receptionist even checked her office to let me know she was there and I was still sent to voicemail. I decided to make the trip instead of loosing out all the money and I'm glad I didn't send my Dad. Questionable cleanliness and management for SURE. Lots of dirt in the corners and black hairs all over the bathroom (I have blonde hair). The sink was falling apart and the staff didn't clean the soap scum off the bottles on the wall. Not what I expected after booking such an expensive oceanfront room at a resort but should have guessed considering the manager.... yikes ! "

"The Room had a bad odor and I mention this to the staff and it still wasn't resolved. Tv went out on the 2nd day and never came back on. Changes will need to be made before i stay here again! Never use the pool area or laundry."

"The hot tun was broken and clearly had been for some time. We received communication about other amenities but not the hot tub. No one seemed willing to talk about it (or be honest about it) and that too, was really frustrating. We ended up leaving after one night and going somewhere else for the remaining 5 nights. There was also limited space at the pool and no place for us to sit…. And we were told that open seats were ‘reserved’ "

"The room was good. The tennis was a little run down and the tape lines for the pickleball court was coming up. They gave us a high pressure push and would not let up for us to make appointment to listen to a time share pitch. I will not be going back there again."

"We were in the “tower”. The “room” was actually a 1 bedroom Condo. There was a bedroom with a king bed, a full size bath, a full size kitchen and living room/dining area. We were ocean front and the view was spectacular. Lighthouse was just a short distance away. All the things needed to cook were there, just bring in your groceries. "
