Tame Horses in the meadow bring your kids Our Home consists of a Full Kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathroom, 2 Half Baths, living room, kids playroom, plus a game room. \* The kitchen has new appliances, including a Fridge/Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, And is fully stocked with supplies. \*Coffee Bar is located in the kitchen for many lattes to enjoy. \* Drip Coffee Machine \*Plus an espresso machine { There is a barcode on the side to show how to use it } \*Bedrooms are located upstairs. \*Master bedroom with a king bed and a crib, plus a full bathroom attached. \*3 Bedrooms with Queen beds. \*Full bathroom located in the hallway. { Bath Towels are located in the hallway closet } \*2 Half Baths are located on the main Floor. \*Washer and Dryer located on the main floor \*Game Room located on the main floor. \*deck in the back of the house with seating area and weber grill. \*Keyless Keypad by the front door \*Free parking for 2-3 vehicles There is Horses in the meadow there will be people stopping in to take care of them. please respect their privacy, You are welcome to pet them at your own risk Hey There, We can’t wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house \[ we take a lot of pride In it \] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. \[ 1 \] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50\. Per person a day or a violation of this could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund. \[ 2 \] No parties, No Loud music, No Boisterous Behavior,. \[ 3 \] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the house Rules section. \[ 4 \] Renters agree not to contact Host until they have read the house manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. \[ 5 \] Smoking cigarettes/marijuana is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500\. fee \[ 6 \] Unless previously agreed upon host, there is a $50\. Late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100\. / For each hour thereafter. \[ 7 \] No pets allowed. $400\. Fine if rule is broken. \[ 8 \] If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund , per guest. \[ 9 \] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for the immediate refund , this will result in a $500\. Penalty additional to any applicable fees. \[ 10 \] Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left opened after the guests leave there will be a $250\. We had to come to the area for a memorial. I wanted a place we could decompress after emotionally difficult days. This home was better. It was a place for our family to build joyful memories and bond. From the game room, where even my adult kids had fun to the well sized bedrooms with comfortable beds everything there screamed relax & recharge. Even cleaning up after preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen felt happy as I watched the horses in their pasture. The hosts was also very kind and extremely responsive. I could tell that they cared how our stay was going. The only thing that would've made our trip better would've been knowing to bring whole coffee beans and milk for the latte machine.
