Listing was accurate. Clean. Great location for Cranmore and N Conway center. Only suggestion is to have someone to plow the driveway after a snowstorm
Great location! Shade from trees very much appreciated during heat wave. Cross breeze/fans wonderful at night. Everything functioned as needed. Listing is accurate.
We had a great time with our kids and grandson. The house had some great ski posters and cute decorative touches. The house has a cozy feel with beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a family dinner. It’s in a great location with both Mount Cranmore and main street of North Conway a short walk from the house. Great paved walking/biking trail also a short walk from the house. Beautiful views of the mountains. The fall foliage was stunning! Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck. Spectacular fall weather!
The house was pretty clean although it could use a deep clean. First floor smelled like maple syrup. Some cob webs, woodwork in bathrooms, baseboard heaters could use a wipe down.
Lighting in living room was not adequate. In fact we went and bought a floor lamp to use for our stay.
Could have used a few more bath towels and some face cloths. Beds were comfortable.
Overall, we had a great long weekend and the house provided for our family’s needs.

Cozy home with convenient location
This home was very clean, spacious and easily accessible to both the mountains and downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
Communication was easy. Nice easy walk to Cranmore and 5 minutes drive to downtown. It was nice having separate heat controls in each bedroom.VERY well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of plates, utensils, and glasses. The fireplace was also really nice
The house was great for our family weekend. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes & cookware. Stairs are steep for children & headroom not good for 6’+.
Definite retro look to the property, but clean with plenty of room for 6 guests with 2 teenagers and small dog. Be aware that there is poison ivy scattered throughout the front yard that my daughter can verify. Noisy neighbors across the street that partied well into the evening. Overall, very convenient to Cranmore and downtown.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
The house was very clean. I feel like they should tell you that the trash cans are on the deck. They say to take the trash out but not were to put it. I also think they should let people know that they are parking under pine treats that shed needle.
Place needed more towels and some face cloths, not enough barrels in rooms and bathroom. Needs updating. Coach was old. Dirty and ripped. Bad smell when we walked in. Fireplace didn’t work.

Property is fine - but avoid summer months
The property and home is fine, the location is great, but I would not stay again during the second half of June, July, August or the first half of September.
When I searched for homes on VRBO during our mid-July stay, I filtered by air conditioning. The listing states window unit air conditioning, but it doesn't state is that there is only ONE unit on the first floor, and no AC units on the second floor where the bedrooms are. The week we stayed was a heat wave, the second floor was 90+ degrees every night (per our toddler's baby monitor). I purchased more fans, but that did not help. I went to purchase more AC's but the windows on the second floor would not accept them (they swing out, rather than up).
Our family of four (including two toddlers) resorted to moving the mattresses downstairs and sleeping in the family room and dining room in order to avoid the high temps on the second floor.
As I mentioned, the home is fine, but I would avoid July and August. Regardless if the we week we stayed was a heat wave or not, there is no air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are, and that's deceptive, and poor ethics. Change the listing and spell it out for future renters.
Great location we enjoy the fire place the house was uncluttered. Nice kitchen.

Everything was ok
The house was in a good location and check in was easy, but the furniture was all fairly old and not very comfortable. We also emailed the manager a question our first night and never received a response. Overall the house was ok, but not great if you plan to spend a lot of time there.

Nice, pet-friendly home
Property is dated but clean and functional. Evolve is a second company that manages this property for the actual owners and uses VRBO to advertise. They somehow get your credit card info and bill you direct, VRBO only bills their service fee. Took me a long time with Evolve's very cumbersome automated system to figure out who they were and why they were charging my credit card. They also billed $107 more than the VRBO listing we booked on.
Location was perfect! Close to all local activities, downtown North Conway, Diana's bath, a local pond/swimming hole, and all the small shops.
The house itself had a perfect set up for the number of quests we had (8) including our younger children. The fireplace was a nice feature as well as the back deck area where we spent a lot of our time at night with great views of the night sky!
I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property. It must be even better in the winter with all the winter activities in the area, cant wait to go back!
