    Welcome to The Timberline, a brand new construction set in the exclusive Hidden Glades community of Intervale. This expansive four bedroom, four bathroom retreat was designed with space, style, and comfort in mind. Every corner of the home reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and extremely high end finishes that create a luxurious yet inviting atmosphere.

    Step inside and you are greeted by soaring ceilings and oversized windows that fill the home with natural light. The main living area features a stunning gas fireplace surrounded by beautiful, solid high end furniture that makes the space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains.     Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
    - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
    - No smoking in the house
    - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
    - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
    - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
    - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
    - Respect the neighbors

Beautiful modern home with great potential"We recently stayed at this brand-new, modern house and had a pleasant experience. The aesthetic is lovely, and the beverage fridge was a very thoughtful touch that we frequently used.However, as it is a newer rental, there are a few growing pains that need addressing. The WiFi was extremely slow, and we experienced some electrical issues where the fuse downstairs tripped immediately after turning off the lights. The boiler is also quite loud, which was noticeable at night.The kitchen is beautiful but lacks several essential tools for a house of this capacity. We found it difficult to cook for a large group as there weren’t enough pots, side plates, or serving dishes. Basic tools like a bread knife, steak knives, a grater, and measuring cups were missing.For those who are older, please note that the kitchen is on the 1st floor and the beds are with box spring and a mattress, making for a high bed. The hot tub was super nice to use on cold days as was the barbecue.
