Escape to the perfect North Conway getaway! Conveniently located less than a mile from the village’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, while still tucked away from the busy main strip for a more peaceful stay. Relax outdoors on the spacious deck sectional, fire up the grill for an evening cookout, or gather around our brand new (2026) fire pit patio under the stars. We’re also pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome too!

This spacious chalet comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms, making it perfect for families and groups of friends. The home features 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps 4), plus a pullout couch in the main living area for additional sleeping space.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates the perfect space to gather, relax, and spend time together. The home also includes 1¾ bathrooms for added convenience. Downstairs, enjoy a second living area complete with another couch, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and YouTube TV for extra entertainment and fun after a day of exploring North Conway.

Our outdoor furniture and fire pit are available weather dependent- typically late spring to early fall.

Our home is at the base of a small decline between a set of trees, so please enter with caution at night when it is dark. All wheel drive is ideal in the winter months.

A camera can be found at the entrance facing the driveway, as well as the outdoor grill/deck area. These are all used for security purposes only.

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Fire Pit & Outdoor Use
Guests must provide their own firewood if they wish to use the fire pit. The fire pit should never be left unattended while a live flame is present and must be fully extinguished before going inside for the night. Guests use the fire pit and all outdoor amenities at their own risk. Please follow all local fire regulations and weather advisories. Use of the fire pit may be prohibited during local burn bans or unsafe weather conditions. Do not move the fire pit from its designated location. We kindly ask that guests clean up any trash, bottles, food, or personal items from the fire pit area after use to help keep the outdoor space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases.

Pet Fee
We love welcoming dogs into our home! The pet fee allows your pup to join your stay comfortably. To keep the home fresh for all guests, we ask that pets stay off beds and furniture as much as possible. The fee doesn’t cover large amounts of pet hair on multiple surfaces, so additional cleaning charges may apply if needed. Owners are responsible for picking up their pet’s waste outside of the home as well. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and cozy for everyone!
