The room was disgusting. Mold in the bathroom shower cover on the floor. Spaghetti stuck to the ceiling in the kitchen. Smelled horrible. Buds in the bathtub upstairs and everywhere in the townhouse. Staff was nice. Do yourself a favor and never go there.

There’s a funky smell, it’s very dated, the AC keeps running even though it’s turned off, it also keeps making loud noises throughout the night, I can barely sleep. Otherwise it was a pretty good stay. I like the location and that it has two bathrooms.

Great location and the pool was perfect for our kids. Having a full kitchen was great too. Space was clean, but a little dated. Definitely nothing fancy but works if you need a crash pad for the family.

We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be.
