Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"Probably one of my favorite all inclusive resorts I've been to yet , the food was delicious and you get to taste the local cuisine along with a bunch of other options, the pool was clean, and multiple pools for which ever mood your in. They always had something to do so you are never bored. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back"

"Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our trip. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room cleaning service was disappointing. When we arrived, there were dirty washcloths still hanging in the bathroom, and we noticed hair and other debris left in the shower. We expected the room to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to our arrival. Additionally, the buffet food was very salty at times. Improving the consistency and seasoning of the food would make the dining experience more enjoyable. Aside from these concerns, everything else was good, and we enjoyed our stay overall. We appreciate the staff and hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests."

"We stayed at the resort for 3 nights! We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Our arrival was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived. We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary so the room was decorated nicely to accommodate our special moment. Ms. Beverly the housekeeper always went above and beyond to tidy up our room! ALL of the staff at the Jasmine Cafe were very helpful and attentive. Lisa, Leshaun, Clinton , were all great servers I can’t remember all of their names but we loved them all! The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner gave a great representation of Jamaica! We tried the Italian restaurant onsite as well and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The bars were okay depending on the bartender you had. Ian, Faye, Linton, were great. They all gave recommendations on drinks or interacted with us. The resort still seemed to be recovering from Hurricane Melissa so everyone was actively working everyday that we were there to fix any issues from that. The poolside deli was 10/10. It rained for most of our stay but we still had a great time! This resort is not recommended for the younger party crowd unless you just want to relax and eat.
