"My wife and I have been there twice. 3 weeks ago was our last time. We love the fact that it's not so big and you feel like you're part of the family there instead of just another big resort. The beach is directly across the street and is the most calm and beautiful waters we have been to. There is a Starbucks directly across the street which was different and nice to have. And the food was amazing. We will definitely be making it one of our three trips a year."

"Beautiful resort. Was not impressed by the “time share” people however. They hassle you ever second you get. Was afraid to go near the lobby. They cleaned rooms daily, stocked them. Entertainment was okay. Thursday night they have Jamaican night. So that’s the night to hit up the Buffett and main area. Before going we read many reviews on staff not being nice. I think other than the time share people, staff were all so nice! "

"This property is everything my wife and I need! Location, beach, clean rooms, all inclusive with reasonable food options and helpful staff. Your beach is great but can be significantly improved by regularly cleaning the areas of seaweed."

"Good afternoon! I left a separate review for the restaurant, since it is owned by the same person! The hotel is nice and cozy. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hubby and I had a nice room with a great view since the beach is literally right across the street. The staff is very kind and helpful! However, we couldn’t connect to any of our apps on the television. We were limited to watch 4 or 5 channels. There’s a liquor boutique store within the hotel but it wasn’t open. It probably would have been nice if it were open because the restaurant has a bar but no bartender. The pool area is cool but you have to climb a good amount of steps to get there. The bathroom door doesn’t lock so have a lookout from a friend or partner just in case someone else thinks it’s available. If you’re looking for a nice cozy room, Hotel 39 is it. Now if you’re looking to spend most of your time in the hotel, you’ll probably be bored a bit. In the lobby there is a few games (Chess, checkers, dominoes, etc) to play while you wait for your driver or so. There’s suppose to be a massage store but it’s just a massage chair, lol. As I mentioned before, I left a separate review for the restaurant. I will say this, don’t stick to eating at Alexander restaurant. The staff provides excellent service. You can either get the Jamaican style breakfast or the American style breakfast. You can’t swap or mix them. For lunch and breakfast, PLEASE check out other restaurants within the area, you’ll thank me later!"
