"The grounds were immaculate. The staff very polite and friendly. Food in the buffet was excellent. Every dish was incredibly good!! Fruit was fresh and buffet staff were attentive. The specialty restaurants had great service but the food in each was disappointing. The room was cleaned daily but you could see that there were areas in the bathroom that looked as if it was damaged and patched up and those areas were not aesthetically pleasing. There were no wash cloths the entire five days. And the water pressure dropped severely in the middle of a shower several times a day. The pool closest to the water slides was cleaned daily but the water was not clean. I saw the staff trying to use a brush and sieve to remove the scum but it came right back. I think it emanated from the children playing in the sand and jumping into the pool. Finally the shows were entertaining but at times the dancers’ movements were sexually vulgar. Children should not be allowed at the adult shows."

"Amazing staff. Great food. Not many guests or activities at the moment. Had a junior deluxe ocean front room. The view was wow! Spa was amazing. The beach was not great. Its extremely small and man made with not much of a view while swimming except the man made rock barrier. The ware doesn't get tonyhe knees. There are tons of pools though. Cleaning staff was terrible. Room did not hold up to the cleanliness expected at that price point."
