"Stayed 4 nights at this location. The room, staff, hotel and amenities all were great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was awesome. I also thoroughly enjoyed the location; as the hotel is conveniently located between the airport ($10 UBER), outlets ($8 UBER) and eateries. I plan to stay at Tru again on my next visit!"

"The staff were so friendly. The rooms were nice. The lamp on the closet side of the room was not working. I feel a newer fridge could have been in place. The one in place was rusty and didn't have a way to lower the temperature and was not even cool enough to cool our beverages and snacks."

"This Courtyard was a little below the standards of others I have stayed. The staff were helpful and very accommodating but seemed overwhelmed at times because of limited staffing. The room was clean but the trash at the property was not always emptied properly. I was surprised by the "community" microwaves in the icea areas. None in the rooms. Cafe was often understaffed. Hotel lobby computer out of order."

"This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable. We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay. It felt like a mini apartment and gave us plenty of space while we had family visiting for a graduation. We were often up late talking and catching up, yet we never received a single complaint about noise. I also have a very loud toddler, and the hotel staff and environment were so accommodating — there were never any complaints, and we also never heard disturbing noise from other guests. I honestly never leave reviews, but my stay was so great that I had to take the time to leave one. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will definitely look for this hotel brand wherever I travel in the future!"
