Hotel was impeccable. Would stay in a sandman anywhere now because of this

Clean room Air conditioning

Booked this hotel to attend a nearby event and could not wish to stay at a nicer hotel, all the staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any and all problems and queries. I’ll definitely be looking to book this hotel again and can’t not recommend it highly enough

The room was very clean and Erick the bar manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay again if visiting Fort Worth

Funky hotel and loved the vibe. Great food and drinks.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very peaceful, comfortable and convenient.

I stayed in Dallas for one night and wish it was longer. The property was incredible with views of the city you’d pay to visit. Rooms are massive and it had everything I could possibly need for a whole weeks stay. Met one staff member who was friendly and helped me. Once you understand the entry system and codes, it is very convenient. Great location for downtown. Standard of room very high too. I would certainly stay there again if back in Dallas.

The property was clean and everything was efficient. Would recommend this as a great airport location as it is beside a large mall with cinema, and has a shuttle both to the airport, and a local shuttle to Grapevine.

Staff were amazing!

Everything in the hotel was great only issue i had was no bars or restaurants with in walking distance, but as I was only there for 1 night it wasn't really a problem.

Nice hotel although a little out of Plano itself. People were very nice and helpful.

very clean, spacious and nicely decorated room! Staff couldn't have been friendlier, and more accommodating. McKinney is a lovely town too.
