Helpful with Pet guest. Good dog walking area. Could be mowed in the back though! The breakfast was great, and motel was well designed. I would consider replacing double beds with more queen beds, the minimal impact to space would be an improvement. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff were helpful courteous. T v on the other hand was blurry, fuzzy, and only had thirteen channels. Rated the rooms only 3 due to a window lever being broken and having to call maintenance to have it repaired.

Wonderful staff, welcomed us in the middle of the night for a very last minute booking. Room was very basic. Sheets were missing on the bed, we slept on top of the comforter. Breakfast was minimalistic but fair. Overall, for a quick 1 night on the road, it did the job. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this location. The room and its amenities were clean. The provided breakfast was good. The property exterior is a tired looking but the common areas of the interior have been updated as was our room. Clean and comfortable value for money.

Unfortunately the accommodations were not as before. The bedroom lamp between the beds had no switch to turn on. The TV had a line through it and the noise in the hallway kept me from getting a good night's sleep. On a good note the staff at the desk was nice. Parking is good.

First of staff was very nice. Cons, the beds were terrible and the pillows were all the same size, no choice. The second con was the breakfast room, there were 4 tables and 16 chairs, and a sign that said do not bring food to your room. We ignored the sign, was not going to stand to eat. The windows need a good cleaning.

We just needed somewhere quick to stay while travelling through. It was most affordable. We stayed in a pet friendly room. the floors could have used a good moping in the room. The garbage cans outside the building were overflowing. But overall it was quite, the staff were friendly, included a hot breakfast my family enjoyed but aside from yogurt there was no gluten free options safe for someone with celiac.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well situated location. Ample parking. Breakfast area had limited selection and very limited variety -- could add more seating and more breakfast options. The room was clean, had a decent size mini-fridge to hold our food and drinks and a medium microwave. The room and bathroom did have a bit of a musty odour likely from the old plumbing. Overall a good experience.

Mediocre stay. The room was clean and was a good size. It was good value for money in North Bay. Breakfast was decent and had no meat. My bathroom had an issue with the flushing mechanism it but that could happen anywhere. The hotel seemed a bit tired. Staff was helpful. Lobby temperature was set to 29 degrees so outside was cooler. Exercise room was some weights, a treadmill and an exercise bike. Overall I would stay here again.
