For families and groups who want the lake, the pool, the beach, and genuine luxury all in one, nothing else comes close.



    The Space:

    Stonewood is a brand-new architectural residence designed specifically for the North Avoca Lake waterfront — and every decision shows it. Soaring double-height ceilings, full-height glass doors opening directly to the lake, a fireplace anchoring the open-plan living space, and custom joinery and curated furnishings throughout.



    Four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests across a generous layout that celebrates both connection and privacy. Outside, the private pool and outdoor kitchen sit on the sun deck at the lake's edge. A kayak waits at the water. North Avoca Beach is a short stroll away. This is lakefront living at its most complete.

    The Lake + Pool:

    Stonewood sits directly on North Avoca Lake — and the pool and sun deck at the water's edge is the property's most extraordinary feature. Swim in the private pool while the lake stretches out beside you. Launch a kayak or paddleboard from the backyard at sunrise. Dine alfresco at the outdoor kitchen as the lake turns gold at the end of the day. There is no other property on the Central Coast that offers a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, and direct kayak access from the same sun deck on a lake waterfront. It is genuinely singular.

    Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



    We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

    You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
