"This hotel is right next to Times Square so for the price the location is excellent. Check in was easy and there was a lift. The room was basic, we were at the front of the building so it was very noisy right through the night so make sure you have eat plugs. The air conditioning was also noisy we switched ours off to sleep. Overall great location and the staff were very helpful."

"It’s a nice hotel that is near the Bus terminal. Breakfast was good, (especially with the fruits and the muffins that tasted well.) And the location was everything you wanted especially for a traveler: The bus terminal, penn station, Times Square and Herald Square in which all the nice amenities and stores that they are nearby. Just wished that they were very informative on what’s going on the rooftop with the renovation of it and bit more additions to make yourself comfortable in the hotel. But overall, it’s a nice hotel."

"An absolutely stellar experience at the One King West. Truthfully I think it has ruined all other hotels for me. We only stayed one night but we loved the two TVs (he could watch sports, I could cast The Sopranos - amazing), loved the little kitchenette area, everything was immaculately clean and the room was nice and cool. Also the room was SO quiet which is a feat in downtown Toronto. Absolutely will be back."

"The staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The hotel is right across from penn station which made it convenient to take the subway and train station. The only downside I would say is having purchase their breakfast add on. They have a diner onsite and I assume we were getting at least eggs and toast or something similar with the add on. Our voucher included a coffee or juice and a pastry. That’s what they considered to be the continental breakfast and in my opinion was a rip off for the extra money we had to pay for “breakfast “ add on. Besides that the hotel was in prime location and we would stay here again."
