"Love this hotel chain since staying at the Grand Chancellor in Hobart. Used the sauna, spa and the gym every morning. Hotel is located close to Rundle Mall, Convention Centre and even Adelaide Oval. Breakfast was amazing with fantastic staff. Comfortable bed, quiet room and overall clean rooms and areas. Highly recommended 👌"

"The room itself was fine but there was no onsite reception so could not report that the tv didn’t work. The pillows were also far too thick, and we were charged for parking we didn’t use."

"Great location clean and adequate kitchen needed a vegetable knife and kitchen scissors. TV didn’t work and the next day it was decided a new remote was needed. This should have been checked before we arrived. A hand towel in the bathroom would have been appreciated."
