"The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz...

"It was a great weekend in Adelaide Hotel! We went to bike event (Granfondo do Gerês), and the experience great! Staff was super nice and they allow us to check-out later, because of the event! So nice, next year, I will return again for sure! "

The flat had everything we needed, including a very well appointed kitchen. We were very comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer! "Le site est magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire. Pas de communication et difficile de trouver le nom de la cabane arrivée sur place. Pas de clôture avec le chien des voisins locataires qui vient te hurler dessus. C’est dommage pour le calme recherché. Le restaurant panoramique est très bon avec de belles balades et les cascades a 1H en voiture. "

"It is a very unique hotel. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and very eager to please. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and the accommodations are quite comfortable. I had a very nice massage, however it did not match the description advertised of what it was supposed to be. "
