This property was in an excellent location. It is one block from Jackson Square and about a 15 minute drive to Teton National Park. We booked a queen room and it was very small so might consider upgrading to a two Queen bedroom or King. We would definitely stay here again and Jackson Hole and all the surrounding activities were wonderful!

Room was clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen did not have towels or cloths for dishes. We remedied this on our own with sponges. The kitchen could be more well supplied but our unit was comfortable with a good view. Water pressure left a little to be desired but the temperatures were good. Staff was helpful with a late check in and the breakfast was well stocked. We would stay again.

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us.
They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

"The room was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. We were there in July with temperatures in the 80’s, so no AC in the entire building made it pretty uncomfortable. It’s a pretty neat old hotel and I’m glad we stayed there."
