"Hibernation Station met all of our needs. The cabin had a fridge and kitchen, and most importantly beds for all of us. Check in was quick and easy. The room provided plenty of towels, soap, etc. The office/gift shop was helpful for snacks/drinks/basic necessities. There is no pool, but I knew that going in. And honestly, we had no time after full days in the park to even use a pool. Hibernation Station had great customer service from check in to housekeeping to check out. I have no complaints."
"While the hotel was good, there were no breakfast facilities at all. The dining room appears not to be in use at all.
The hotel was convenient for our access to Yellowstone and the staggering were very helpful and friendly."
"The White Buffalo was a spur-of -the moment plan at the hight of summer and we're glad they had space.
The staff was friendly. There were three of us traveling together and we shared a room but the free breakfast only covers 2 people in the room and the third person has to pay. We were taken back by this.
The rooms were clean but old. However, there were 2 near empty bottles of shampoo, no conditioner and no body wash. This shouldn't be expected but if you are going to have something, have all of it.
I would stay again in an emergency but but be aware about breakfast and bring your own shower amenities."
"The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The parking was limited. There was a BBQ place down the street that served great food. We definitely would stay again."
Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Property was in a great location with views of the River. Rooms need some updating. It was extremely hot so it took hours for the room to cool down but was great after that. Staff gave great recommendations for lunch. "
