Simply stunning. Beautiful place to relax and unwind. A real luxury feel. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there....

One of those rare finds that you almost want to keep to yourself so you can always get a room.. :-) We booked only 3 hours before our 2 night stay so options were limited and we were a bit worried we'd be left with what no-one else wanted. It turned out fantastically though. The Motel is brand new, spacious, clean, warm, and the TV had all the usual smart apps so we could watch practically whatever we wanted. I was looking for a one night stay close to Diss for the 2017 Organ Festival. I searched on proximity and price and Hazel Barn met my requirements. For a bed and breakfast Hazel Barn far exceeded my expectations. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast provided was absolutely superb. Nice room with en-suite and access to a fridge in communal kitchen area serving the 3 guest suites. It is nice to have fresh milk for your early morning tea rather than the long life little pots...

We had a great stay, with everything we needed. Exceeded expectations and will certainly book again if in the area. Very convenient with on site parking and an easy walk into the city centre.

Hotel was great, friendly staff, amazing food. We would definitely stay there again. If they could arrange better weather they would get 11 out of 10!

If you are looking for an authentic British inn in the modern style look no further. Great village location, superb food, great beer, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a 'real breakfast'. Intrigued ..go there.

A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.

A flying visit, arriving late and leaving early. Welcoming and comfortable, however the overwhelming standout and the reason that I will definitely return is the food - dinner and breakfast were both exceptional.

What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us. Very comfortable room with good facilities We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.
