Tent is located in a rather dark forest area. No directions on how to use the battery operated espresso maker- could not operate it. When I pulled back the blankets on the bed, there was a hair on the bottom sheet and did not appear clean (old stains that had been washed but not thoroughly washed out). Slept in my sleeping bag instead of bed. When sat down to read my novel, a mouse appeared in the bedroom area. (I'm not afraid of mice) -just scared it away and didn't see it again. Other things (washing sink outside) could have been better maintained. No photos as I-Phone dead and connecting cord for charging was not for I-Phones..

The floor of the tent is being poorly held up and together by expanding foam - very unstable in several areas with broken boards and even nails sticking up. It was fine - just seemed that the campsite and property overall hasn't been well maintained for quite a while in a lot of ways. The farmstand was well stocked and very nice. The port-a-potty was very clean, which was certainly appreciated. Most other things seemed uncared for, which is a shame because you can tell this was once an AMAZING place.
