Schöne Ferienwohnung aber...

Ferienwohnung 1 in der Tjalkstrasse 8 ist eine schöne Wohnung. Sie ist gut eingerichtet, hat alles was man benötigt und ist zentral gelegen. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer, Gaststätten, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Leider hat die Ferienwohnung aber auch kleinere Mängel. Wie von zahlreichen Vormietern ebenfalls angemerkt ist das Internet im Haus mangelhaft; ständig fällt es aus und baut sich neu auf. Im Besteckkasten waren noch einige verkrustete Löffel der Vormieter; abwischen ging nicht erst einweichen dann spülen. Im Schlafzimmer unterm Bett lagen noch die Reste einer McDonalds Juniortüte und ein sehr verstaubtes Kissen herum. Letzter Punkt - leider schaffte es die Vermittlungsagentur nicht die Besitzer zu ermutigen binnen einer Woche fehlende/defekte Glühbirnen auszuwechseln. Resümee: Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit ein paar Mängeln. Wir haben die Mängel schnell behoben, außer Internet natürlich - danach hat uns der Urlaub dann auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung, würden diese auch selbst noch einmal buchen.

Tjalkstraße 8

Die Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss. Sie machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. In der Küche war alles vorhanden bis auf einen Messerschärfer. Der wurde aber gebraucht da die Messer sehr Stumpf waren. Aber das nur am Rande. Alles in allen eine Klasse Wohnung. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wider kommen.

Haus und Ausstattung

Das Haus war laut die Haustüre wurde nie von Hand verschlossen sondern immer zugeknallt,die Handtücher hatten mindergüte wie die Bettwäsche die Toilettenbrille war nicht fest zu schrauben, die Klobürste klebte in der Halterung, das Fernsehen hatte viele Störungen Internet gab es nur Zeitweilig und Wylan war schlecht. Die Wohnung selbst war wie die Lage gut.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was zu einem gelungenen Urlaub gehört. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirrspüler, Backofen etc. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Auch die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder sicher abzustellen war uns wichtig.

Alles da was man braucht, Betten gut, schöne Terrasse, haben groß nichts zu meckern, nur eine kleine Anmerkung in Wohnung 1 war der W-Lan Empfang etwas schwach und nicht Konstant.

sauber, helles Wohnzimmer mit Süd- und Westfenster, gute und ansprechende Ausstattung, gute und hohe Matratzen, wlan-Empfang schwankend je nach Standort, promter Austausch der Kdefekten Kühlschrankbeleuchtung durch Hausmeister, wir haben nichts vemisst, gerne wieder, empfehlenswert, wir werden wieder buchen.

saubere Wohnung, alles vorhanden,in der Küche ,auf der Terrasse, sogar eine Fliegenklatsche, sehr gut der Fahrradraum und eine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen.
