Sauberkeit

Die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe könnte besser sein. Staub ist an einigen Stellen schon länger nicht mehr entfernt worden. Zudem waren Flecken auf den Betttüchern sowie Löcher in der Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gut. Wünschenswert wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt eine Waschmaschine.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns alle 3 sehr wohl dort gefühlt und haben nichts negatives zu sagen. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und groß genug für alle. Mir persönlich hat nur ein Fenster im Bad gefehlt, aber das ist ja eher eine subjektive Meinung. Bei der Anreise bekamen wir unseren Schlüssel sogar 2 Stunden vor dem ausgemachten Termin. Ein kleines Manko: Man muss den Schlüssel ca 1,5 Kilomenter von der Unterkunft entfernt abholen, was ohne Auto und mit Gepäck etwas umständlich war.

Könnte ein Makeover vertragen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, allerdings könnte die Wohnung in einigen Bereichen eine Auffrischung vertragen. Das Sofa wie die Bezüge der Essecke sollten mal erneuert werden. Die ein oder andere Reparatur könnte die Wohnung gut vertragen. Rollo im Essbereich defekt, Staubsaugerschlauch gerissen, Duschkopfaufhängung hält nicht mehr und die Endreinigung, die vor uns gemacht wurde war unserer Meinung nach nicht zufriedenstellend.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jedoch war der Filter der Dunstabzugshaube wechselbedürftig. Leider gab es kein Wlan; das war uns jedoch im Vorfeld bekannt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre auch toll; jedoch schwer in der kleinen Küche unterzubringen.

Kurzausflug

Bis auf zu weiche Betten und ein Sofa mit zu breiter Sitztiefe(für ältere Menschen mit Gelenkproblemen nicht gut zu benutzen) war die Wohnung sehr gut aufgeteilt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet undue Lage war sehr gut !

Allerdings ist die Wohnung „normal“ sauber wie alle anderen Fewo auch wo die Endreinigung 30 € statt 80 € kostet. Also ich fand die Kosten für die Reinigung viel zu überteuert und unverschämt. Aber soweit war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit muss man ja auch dazu sagen ! Aber wer das Geld zahlen will kann ich sie weiter empfehlen.

in großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung ganz okay. nur die "Kinderbetten" im 2. Schlafzimmer, waren unbequem. Erst recht für Erwachsene. (Matratzen) Auf dem Schrank im Schlafzimmer war zentimeterdick Staub. Kein WLAN. Aber sonst... Okay.
