Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 700 m, tennis 2 km, minigolf 200 m, children's playground 200 m. Shop (Interhome Service Office) is on the ground floor of the house.
    "Juist", 2-room apartment 32 m2, on the top floor. With sloping ceilings, stylish furnishings: living/dining room 12 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Small balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The very small double room is not suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired people (no access from the sides of the bed).
