IN A PRIVATE IMPASS, house of 25 m2 approx. completely renovated, with double glazed bay window overlooking a large terrace of approx. 20 m2\. closed, sunny. It is made up of an equipped kitchen area with lounge area (140 cm sofa bed) and another closed sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, wc. Located in the heart of NOIRMOUTIER, near the beaches and the town center: everything is done by bike.
