Belle maison à proximité des bois et des plages

Belle villa très bien rénovée et super-équipée, dans un beau jardin. Propriétaire extrêmement prévenant et disponible, communication très facile avec lui. Vélos à disposition dans le garage et location possible tout près. Belles plages et jolis bois à quelques minutes de vélo. La villa est en retrait d’une avenue passante

L’élégance

Une maison sublime au cœur de Noirmoutier. Tout y est beau, choisi avec goût. Le mobilier, les couleurs, le jardin qui embaume le jasmin. Un paradis. Les espaces sont lumineux, pratiques et la situation parfaite. Mini bémol pour les amoureux du silence, on entend la route. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille.

Très bel hébergement confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique logement, le confort de la maison a sauvé notre semaine de vent et de pluie. La maison est bien placée avec un accès facile au bourg à pied, il est également facile de rejoindre le bois et les plage à proximité. Le poêle à bois est un plus indéniable à la saison une fois qu'on a compris comment l'alimenter :-)

Une belle villa très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, la villa est très bien équipée et bien située. L’accueil à notre arrivée et au moment du départ était parfaitement organisé. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et nous avons manqués de rien. Les extérieurs et les équipements sont conformes à la description. Vous pouvez réserver sans problème.

Un lieu idéal pour un séjour en famille

A l'issue de ces quelques jours passés à Noirmoutiers en famille, nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié cette belle demeure, confortable et lumineuse, très bien adaptée aux grandes familles. Les beaux espaces, la propreté des lieux, les aménagements intérieurs fonctionnels, la décoration sobre et reposante, ont rendu ce séjour vraiment très agréable. Le jardin clôt et le bac à sable ont enchanté les petits-enfants qui en ont bien profité. La proximité de la plage, du bois de la Chaize et des commerces sont également un vrai « plus ». Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond tout à fait à la réalité, il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. Contacts très sympathiques avec le propriétaire, par ailleurs très arrangeant et à l'écoute.
