Maison 2 chambres au Vieil - Noirmoutier en l'Ile

  • A quiet house at the end of a private cul-de-sac in the picturesque village of Le Vieil.

    The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and shops are 300 metres away. Other beautiful beaches on the island are easily accessible by bike. Noirmoutier-en-l’Île town centre is 3 km away.

    Ideal for a wonderful family holiday.





    Stays of 4, 5, 7, or 14 nights minimum, depending on the season.

    For Easter holiday and the months of July and August, check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.

    The house consists of:

    A bright, east-west-facing living area with an open kitchen,

    2 ground-floor bedrooms:

    - First bedroom, double bed 140x200

    - Second bedroom, bunk beds 90x200

    Sheets and towels provided (beds must be made by guests)

    Please specify the number of guests and any preferred bedroom arrangements when making your reservation.

    The house features a private terrace at the back (southwest-facing) overlooking a small garden, with a dining table and chairs, a barbecue (during the summer season), and 2 lounge chairs.

    One parking space is available on the property in front of the house; a second car can be parked in front of the house.

    There is space to store bicycles in front of the house.

    The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, induction cooktops, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a raclette machine...
