Between sea and nature, enjoy this charming house in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, just 500 m from the beaches. With its three bedrooms, tree-lined garden and landscaped outdoor space, it promises relaxing holidays with family or friends.   
  
You can access it through a closed courtyard leading to an enclosed garden, a real asset for beautiful days. You will enjoy the large 40 m² terrace for outdoor meals, thanks to the garden furniture and barbecue provided. Your children can play safely in the garden while you relax in the sun on the loungers.   
  
This 110 m² house, warm and welcoming, will seduce you from the moment you arrive. Upon crossing the threshold, you will discover a pleasant living area in the main house: a nicely decorated living room with two comfortable sofas and a television, perfect for convivial evenings. The adjoining dining room invites shared meals in a simple and relaxed atmosphere.   
  
The separate kitchen, modern and well-equipped, has everything necessary to allow you to cook as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you might need.   
  
On the sleeping side, the main house has a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), as well as a charming old shower attached. A separate toilet is also available. The annex, accessible from the courtyard, offers two additional bedrooms: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an adjoining shower, the other with two single beds (90x190). A second independent toilet completes this sleeping area.   
  
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as 3 private parking spaces right in front of the house. You can also safely store up to 6 bicycles on the property.
