With its large enclosed garden and proximity to the Blanche beach just 50 metres away, it is ideal for holidays with friends or family. The tree-lined garden, located at the front and back of the house, is fully enclosed, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity. You will find garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for your summer grilling. From the entrance, a corridor serves an independent kitchen, perfectly equipped with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Adjacent to the kitchen, a living dining room, friendly and warm with its comfortable sofas, a television and a large dining table invite you to share moments of relaxation after your busy days. On the night side, you will find on the ground floor a master suite with a double bed, its adjoining shower room with WC and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190). A modern bathroom with shower and hair dryer as well as a separate WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, a large attic room offers three single beds (90x190) as well as a small washbasin, ideal for welcoming children or friends.
