The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, elegant interiors, and warm welcome from the staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. "Apart from great amenities, cleanliness, great breakfast spread what I love most about this place is people - the staff - their hospitality- the warmth that they bring into everything. You get a feeling that they are not just doing a job but they are emotionally invested into what they are doing . Human touch - their personal touch in everything . Right from the person who opens the door of your car - hotel entry point, front office reception, restaurant service , housekeeping and all those are invisible to guests but their work is totally visible . It’s a pleasure to be touched with such joy and love at every point . That is why I love staying in Eros every time I am in Delhi ."
