Staff at the hotel were able to accommodate our needs and actually provided a room upgrade. There is some construction going on that affected parking but everything else was great. Pictures don't do it justice. The complimentary breakfast could be improved by adding a few more selections (eggs, bacon) but I'm sure this is just an American expectation. To be fair, there was plenty to choose from and all of it was good. Our room had a great view of the harbor and was only about 20 minutes from the airport. Drives from the hotel to the main sightseeing areas are short and reasonable." It is convenient, however, if there is an issue, you are not able to get in touch with anyone except by email. We had 2 rooms, in one room, we were unable to open the door to the patio and there was old noodles in the hot water reservoir of the coffee pot. There was dirt on the bedding, as if the bed was just remade instead of replacing the bedding from the last guests.
