"We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!"

"Room is large, clean, everything works. Nespresso machine is great, and small refigerator. Nice bed. A/C quiet and works well, room is quiet, facing pedestrian street with a lot of noisy restaurants. Breakfast ok, a lot of things to choose from. Best coffee is from the “barista” that runs the coffee machine; the drip coffee isn’t the greatest. Location is ok, fronts on the F-1 track I think. Old town a few steps away. Metro stations not far, and a bus stop close by. I am pleased with my choice of hotel."

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. Miss Nazakat helped us a lot. My wife was pregnant, but she had a very good experience at this hotel. Whatever we asked, they provided. I wish she knew some English, but I could speak their language. If you need anything, ask them. The location was perfect and close to the attractions and shopping malls. The price was reasonable."

"When we arrived for our second stay, it turned out that the hotel was fully booked. However, we were offered rooms at a nearby hotel, which actually turned out to be even better than the first one. The breakfast situation was a bit inconvenient, though, as it started late and sometimes ran behind schedule."

"Room was clean, delicious breakfast served and consisted of many meals and drinks Young lady that worked there left a great impression she was the sweetest and prompt. It was a pleasure to come every morning and see smiling face. Front desk service was excellent. Location is great a few minutes away from boulevard, Nizami street . If ever come to Baku will definitely stay there."
