This updated property is located on the West Shore of Lake Edward. Breathtaking lake views, perfect for watching the kids swim off the huge dock from anywhere in the house. There are two large bedrooms with a queen bed in each. A smaller room has a twin bed or could be used as an office. An attached converted garage provides a 2nd living/sleeping area with a queen bed, twin bed, pullout sofa, recliner and tv.
This house is all one elevation, no steps, walk in shower in one bathroom, bathtub/shower in 2nd bathroom, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, in-floor heating, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, air conditioning unit off of main living room, wifi, and flat screen tvs. The kitchen is well equipped with most anything you would need for cooking. Seating around the kitchen island and a large expanding dining table to host large groups for dinner, as well as a hightop table for informal meals or games. The house features are large dock that can easily host your entire family while you swim, fish, read, sunbath, and nature watch. The house is situated right off County Road 4, which is a fairly busy road, but lakeside is private and quiet. It's just 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, 9 minutes from Breezy Point, 13 minutes from Gull Lake locations such as Grand View Resort and Zorbaz on Gull. We also have a detached garage that we’ve filled with yard games, 2 paddle boards, a ping-pong table, kayak, floaties for the lake for you to use for entertainment.
A gas grill on the patio off the main living area is easy for grilling and plenty of seating for alfresco dining and relaxing around the firepit.
We provide freshly washed linens, pillows, bedspreads, and bath towels.
Because of our extra cleaning practices we unfortunately cannot make exceptions for check out or check in times.
