Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special compliments to Ariana for the kind assistance rendered during our stay. She was resourceful, reliable and proactive in attending to our requests and situation, making our stay a pleasant one. She also meticulously crafted a note comparing the activities tailored to us, which is delightful. In addition, the location is quite convenience both to ski area, shopping & dinning areas. There is a heating room for ski gear which is fantastic.
