The room is clean and tidy. But the reception girl is not good. When the day we arrived,nobody was at the reception,and the door was locked. We can’t go inside and it’s quite cold. After 5 mins,she showed up,and not going to help us with the luggages,just stand there.BTW,there are steps at the entrance of the hotel,so you have carry your luggages. And I booked a transportation service at 9am. But she knocked our door at 8:30am told us the car is here. I told her I already discussed with Timothy( from Snow Crystal) by Email before we came to Niseko that I need the car on 9am. And she talked me like:Have you seen the letter I put in your room? The units are new, well kept and the concierge help was exceptional.
