This hotel has few rooms but fantastic staff and great service. Our breakfast and dinner were included and they were excellent. The private hot spring in the hotel was nice private and relaxing experience. You are within blocks of the temple and shrine and Shinkyo bridge. The rooms have complimentary drinks and snacks and are spotless and in good condition. Upon check out they provide free transportation to the train station. Nice and relaxing and pampering after Tokyo. Would come back here again and check out more of the Nikko area. Staff were very kind. Facility was beautiful. I came to Nikko on a weekend off from a business trip as a solo traveler. As much as I love Nikko, I loved this hotel so much more! I would come back to Nikko just to enjoy Nishimachi club again. I was blown away by the level of hospitality and kindness from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean. I was able to easily book and use the private Onsen as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Walkable to the main town and bus stops for sites (eg to Chuzenji) are very close.
