    Located right in the centre of the village, the house is only a two-minute walk from the main square, surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and all the services needed for a comfortable and authentic Andalusian stay.

    The property combines style, comfort, and beautifully designed spaces to relax and create unforgettable moments with family or friends. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a lovely terrace with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying the wonderful southern Spanish climate. On the first floor, a spacious terrace with a seating area offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the natural surroundings of the Lecrín Valley.

    The house features a modern fully equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has two single beds and its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

    During the cooler months, central heating and a cozy wood-burning stove create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the house.
