This detached kids holiday home is located in the beautiful holiday park Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, which opened it doors in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away. The holiday home is located in the nice Kids Quarter. This part of the holiday park is especially aimed at families with young children. The garden of some of these holiday homes borders on the fenced, communal playground. The other houses have an enclosed backyard with a private playground. The house is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function and an open play area with a playhouse. The modern kitchen with cooking island features a combination oven, a dishwasher and a wine fridge. There is also one bedroom with two single box-spring beds in a double setup and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, three for adults, with two single box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a children's bedroom, specially equipped for children with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. You will also find a separate toilet on the landing, as well as a stair gate. In one of the two adult bedrooms, there is a smart TV with streaming function. Through the patio doors you reach the garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. From here, you can reach the communal or private playground. There is parking for two cars at the house. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car. At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.
